Isaano Rwanda Culture
Meknes, ville mystérieuse et mythique, où dominent les personnalités de Moulay Ismaïl et El Hadi Benaïssa-Cheikh El-Kamel dont l'histoire est entourée de mythes et légendes. Chaque année pendant une semaine, les Issouas se rassemblent autour du tombeau du Cheikh El-Kamel.
