Isaano Rwanda Culture
Bill Plympton was born in Portland, Oregon. He has produced nearly 30 animated shorts and five animated features, as well as music videos for artistes including Kanye West and Weird Al Yankovic. His short films'Your Face' (1987) and'Guard Dog' (2005) were nominated for Academy Awards. Since 1991 he's made nine feature films, including'Idiots And Angels' (2008).
