A familiar face in French cinema, Francois Levantal has worked with Jacques Audiard ("A Self-Made Hero"), Betrand Tavernier ("L627", "The Bait", "D'Artagnan's Daughter" and "Captain Conan"), Mathieu Kassovitz ("Hate", "Assassins" and "The Crimson Rivers") Olivier Marchal ("Gangsters"), Jean-Pierre Jeunet ("A Very Long Engagement"). With his unforgettable beat-up face and theatrical brio, this eclectic actor had no trouble metamorphosing into a snake for his role in "Black" (Pierre Laffargue, 2009).
