The short narrative AWA won in 2019, at 6th Kinshasa International Film Festival - FICKIN : Best Actress Award in the International Competition (to Starlette Matata), Best Actress Award in the National Competition (to both Starlette Matata and Miriam Eale), Best Film in the National Competition and Maïsha Pay's Prize.
